Storage: 

  • To maintain the freshness of the cake, it is important to keep it refrigerated between 0 - 4°C as soon as you receive it. Freezing is not recommended. 


Serving Temperature: 

  • For the best taste experience, serve the cake chilled at a temperature of 10°C - 12°C. Remove it from the fridge shortly before serving.


Freshness Duration: 

  • While it is best to consume the cake on the delivery date, it can be enjoyed for up to 2 days when stored in the refrigerator.


Cutting Tip: 

  • Achieve a perfect cut by using a heated stainless steel knife. 


Transportation: 

  • If you need to travel with the cake, it can maintain its quality for up to 1 hour in a car with the air conditioning on high. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
