1. All cakes and tarts need to be transported by car and placed on a flat surface.
2. They can last in a car ride with the AC on high for about 1 hour. 
3. Keep in the chiller once you reached home/delivery location.
4. We don't take any responsibility for the items once they have left our premises.

If you are arranging for a third-party driver to pick up your order from us, please ensure that they select a car for transportation rather than a motorcycle. Our cakes and tarts require transportation in a car with the air conditioning set to a high level. For longer distances, it is necessary to use an ice bag with ice packs to maintain the desired temperature.

It is important for you to provide the driver with your name and order number clearly, as they will need to present this information to us when collecting your order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems, issues, or situations that may occur during or as a result of the third-party delivery service, as well as for the items once they have left our premises. It is advisable for the driver to take photographs of all the items in your order before and after delivery.
