We don't have a physical store, but we do sell on display. Kindly verify the availability of our kiosk by contacting our dedicated customer service team via WhatsApp prior to your visit. You may place an order to reserve the stock and collect at our kiosk.

We only accept direct Online Transfer to our company bank account. We do not accept COD.

No. Our petit gateaux sets are fixed. We do not make customised combinations.

We do provide a default candle set with one candle + knife. If you would like to add on Happy Birthday topper and candle, please add-on upon placing order.

Yes we do send all our products in our default packaging.

We DO NOT provide refund however should your product arrived with damage, please contact us immediately upon receiving it and we will find the best solution to replace or provide you another cake.

No, we do not attach any receipts along with the delivery.

To make changes on your order, please contact us via Whatsapp message or email us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

Our pickup location is located at 13-2, Jalan Radin Tengah, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

No. We do not write on the cake. But we do offer a message card. 

Upon receiving the cake, we kindly advise you to promptly store it in a refrigerated environment, ensuring it remains chilled for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving. Please do not freeze the cake / dessert. Our cakes are best enjoyed when served at a chilled temperature, ideally between 10°C and 12°C. For optimal taste and freshness, we recommend consuming the cake within 1 days. However, if stored in the refrigerator, it can maintain its quality for up to 2 - 3 days.

Our cakes can last in a car ride for up to 45 minutes depending on the car's air-conditioner's temperature. Please have the AC turned on high during transportation.

We are not a halal-certified bakery yet, but we only use halal ingredients in our baking. We do not use alcohol in our baking.

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the sweetness of our cakes or make special adjustment as we make them in batches.

No, we do not customise the design and flavours of our cakes as we make them in batches.

Unfortunately, no. Most of our products contain eggs, gelatine, dairy, and sugar. 

All our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and gluten. We do not recommend consuming our products as they may have cross-contamination occurred.
